Dr. Tom Jelic is an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Manitoba and serves as the Emergency Ultrasound Program Director. He works as a practicing emergency physician at Winnipeg's two main teaching hospitals and a transport physician with STARS Air Ambulance, where he also serves as the ultrasound lead in pre-hospital POCUS.
