Dr. Tamara McColl is a clinician educator, Assistant Professor and Director of Education Scholarship and Faculty Development within the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Manitoba. She is the Chair of the Royal College Specialty Committee for Emergency Medicine, sits on the Board of Directors and Executive for the Canadian Association of Emergency Physicians (CAEP) and is the Chair of the CAEP Education Scholars Committee. Dr. McColl engages in research focused primarily on competency based medical education, education innovations, and quality improvement/patient safety. She is also a provincial STEMI physician and a member of the NHL Winnipeg Jets medical team.
